Reservation Policy

Sportello is a reservation driven restaurant. We have a small 55 seat dining room, which mainly consists of counter seating. Table seating is limited. If you wish to make a reservation for a party 9 or more, please call the restaurant directly or e-mail info@sportelloboston.com.

Late Seating Policy

Since we have multiple seatings each night, we are only able to hold your reservation for 15 minutes past your reserved time. In the event that you do anticipate a delayed arrival, please contact us at 617-737-1234.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, we encourage you to call us at 617-737-1234 or send us an email, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the reservation.

We are so excited to welcome you all back to dine with us, and are humbled by the support and messages of encouragement we’ve received from our guests and community. 

Our end goal now remains the same as it has always been - we aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests to enjoy the delicious food and drink, and warm hospitality.  Below please find an overview of our new standard operating procedures:

  • Tables, restrooms, and all other high-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly.

  • DURING PATIO SEASON: Please note that in the event of inclement weather we unfortunately will not be able to honor outdoor seating reservations and will reach out to all reserved guests if we must cancel.

  • Coat check or bag storage are not available at this time.

  • Valet is not available at this time.
